"Novelette has worked alongside staff at Middle Street to deliver Moving out of Covid-19 support courses, funded by the Nottingham West PCN. The main aim of the programme is to support Primary Care patients who have been struggling with their mental health wellbeing during the Covid-19 health crisis. The Primary Care Social Prescribing team referred patients on to the course from January 2021. Novelette , in partnership with Middle Street, have delivered a further Eight, four session courses.
Novelette developed a very considered and meaningful course outline with attention to quality, detail and learning needs. The course materials have been of the highest quality and support for and engagement with patients, has been particularly impressive.
Novelette has demonstrated a very high level of commitment and consideration with preparation and delivery of the courses and the feedback from patients, Social Prescribers and General Practitioners has been unanimously positive."

"As a mental health support charity based in Beeston we thought that the best route forward would be to offer a “Moving out of COVID” course, either in person or on line. We realised the best way forward would be to approach Novelette Williams, as we knew her through our and her connections with Nottingham College and the Personal Development that they provide.
Novelette produced an outline course very quickly, which was agreed with the PCN team and we then offered the 4 week course from January 2021 which has successfully been followed by 8 more courses."
